Job Title: Scheduler/Planner - Drainage

Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting for a Scheduler/Planner to join our client, a leading Drainage Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce comprehensive job packs, including all necessary Health and Safety documentation.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring proactive and timely updates.
  • Assist with reactive jobs, collaborating with operatives to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and manage the database of incoming jobs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Produce electronic job packs and maintain precise records, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Planning team to evaluate job quality and implement quality control measures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Drainage or Construction industry, with a strong understanding of job scheduling and planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Proficiency in software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Organized, reliable, and conscientious, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring seamless job execution.
Working Hours and Compensation:
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
  • Competitive salary range of £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience.
