About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship and Learning Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us to develop and implement further expansion of Apprenticeships and Vocational Learning programmes across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage apprenticeship programme provision, sourcing, promoting and co-ordinating providers and programmes.
  • Analyse data and monitor/evaluate and develop reports, driving continuous improvements.
  • Be a point of contact and subject matter expert for Apprenticeships, working in partnership with colleagues across the region.
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as training providers and other apprenticeship coordinators to develop programme opportunities and learn and share best practice.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Postgraduate degree or a willingness to complete postgraduate apprenticeship programme commensurate with role.
  • Significant experience of involvement in the delivery of Apprenticeship levy and vocational learning.
  • Experience of fund/budget management or finance levy funding and contract commissioning and management.
