About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Caterlink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our students and staff.

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking food to the highest standards, while ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and safely. You will also be responsible for managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their roles effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Planning and preparing menus, taking into account dietary requirements and nutritional standards
  • Managing kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver our services
  • Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and safe, meeting all relevant health and safety standards
  • Recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
