Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time
Location: Leeds, LS10
Salary: £11.75 per hour, with weekly remuneration and accrued holiday benefits. Overtime is available and compensated at double the standard rate once the position becomes permanent.

Concept Recruitment Group Ltd is collaborating with a client based in Leeds to find a Warehouse Operative for a temporary to permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to secure a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately picking and packing products for dispatch to customers.
  • Efficiently loading and unloading delivery containers.
  • Utilizing a pick sheet to locate items throughout the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar warehouse role, meeting picking and packing targets.
  • A strong work ethic and a proven track record of reliability.
  • Competent numerical skills.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A Forklift Truck (FLT) license (C/B or Bendi) is advantageous but not mandatory.

This is a full-time role, operating Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with occasional Saturday mornings. Should you work on a Saturday morning, you will be compensated for a full 8 hours and will receive the following Friday off as a day in lieu.
