Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
  • Identify and leverage trends, opportunities, and platform-specific strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community across all social media platforms.
  • Track and analyse key social media metrics, including engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent in marketing or social media.
  • Strong attention to detail with a right first-time mindset.
  • 2 years' experience within social media or marketing.
  • Experience within editing and creating social posts.
  • Creative flair and an eye for great imagery.
  • Passion for all things social media and the knowledge on trends.
  • Driven, proactive, and passionate.
  • Keen to learn and develop.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
