About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at HC One. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Support clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation and management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and continuous improvement
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.09, increasing to £11.28 on weekends
  • A mileage allowance of 45p per mile for travel between calls
  • A comprehensive training program, including shadow training with an experienced worker

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care environment, although not essential
