Job Summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team in Leeds. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking electrical repairs, testing, and installation works across your dedicated area, ensuring compliance with BS7671 and implementing our Health and Safety Policy and procedures.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking electrical repairs, testing, and installation works in social and void properties
  • Ensuring compliance with BS7671 and implementing our Health and Safety Policy and procedures
  • Producing concise and accurate data records through PDA/mobile communication systems and reporting
  • Attending team briefs, toolbox talks, and technical bulletins to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, diverse, and inclusive attitude towards internal and external customers and colleagues
