About the Role:
As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, the Recreation Therapy Worker plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Recreation Therapy Program tailored to the needs of residents.
- Organize and lead a variety of leisure and recreational activities, ensuring engagement both within the facility and in the surrounding community.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, supervisors, and therapists to ensure the effective delivery of programs that promote resident well-being.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a full-time relief opportunity with a day shift from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. As a relief worker, there are opportunities to transition into permanent part-time or full-time roles within the organization.
