Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert legal counsel and representation in private family law, encompassing:
    • Separation and divorce proceedings
    • Financial remedy applications
    • Financial issues concerning cohabitees
    • Private law matters involving children
  • Oversee cases with minimal oversight
  • Engage directly with clients to provide tailored legal solutions
  • Travel between various offices as necessary to accommodate client requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor or full CILEx accreditation
  • Membership in Resolution and commitment to its code of conduct (preferred)
  • Willingness to engage in marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s visibility
