Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist - Early Intervention

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Early Intervention Community Team within Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality interventions to patients in their own homes and community settings.
  • Completing assessments and developing personalized rehabilitation plans to promote independence and improve patient outcomes.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff and students, while driving service development projects and quality patient care initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Extensive experience in rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of community-based care and the principles of home first rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to safeguarding vulnerable adults and health and safety issues in community settings.
