Head of Bid Management Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Bid Management to join our pre-construction team in London.

Location: London - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic leadership of the overall work winning function of Kier London
  • Oversight of projects in both the Public and Private sector
  • Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice across all aspects of work winning
  • Work as part of the wider pre-construction team to deliver high-quality bids
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Extensive experience of developing bid-win strategies and delivering high-quality bids to deadlines
  • Experience of using MS Word, Excel, and InDesign
  • Ability to collaborate and manage others
