Senior PMO Manager

Regin Construction Services Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior PMO Manager to oversee and facilitate the successful execution of high-value projects across various sectors. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects, valued between £50 million and £200 million, are delivered with excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Project Handover: Participate in project handover meetings to ensure a seamless transition.
- Subcontractor Management: Collaborate with the commercial team to obtain, assess, and validate subcontractor quotes, ensuring compliance with specifications and optimal value.
- Labour Management: Strategically plan and manage workforce allocation on assigned projects, including subcontract and agency personnel.
- Project Programming: Assist in the development of project schedules and continuously monitor progress against these timelines.
- Progress Reporting: Generate regular progress reports in the agreed format and distribute them to principal contractors.
- Site Meetings: Attend site-based meetings as required by contractual obligations.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate communication between clients, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Develop a Quality Manual for each project and address any defects identified in current and past projects promptly.
- Health & Safety Documentation: Prepare Health and Safety files for each project.
- Budget Monitoring: Conduct daily and weekly inspections, monitoring and reporting on project budgets, including providing MCA information to project surveyors and participating in monthly MCA review meetings.
- Operational Manuals: Produce Operation and Maintenance Manuals for each project in the specified format.
- Project Review: Complete subcontractor and supplier report forms upon project completion and attend project review meetings to discuss lessons learned.
- Site Management Support: Assist project supervisors with all aspects of site management and oversee the development of apprentices assigned to the project.
- Engineering Meetings: Attend engineering meetings as necessary.
- Business Development: Participate in functions and meetings to support business development efforts.
- SMSTS and IOSH Managing Safely certifications are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Asta Power Project, Microsoft Project, and common data environments such as 4P and COINS.
- Experience in managing complex projects, both major and minor, concurrently.
