Email Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team at Nextech Group Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving results from email campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong ability to analyse data and metrics to inform strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative approach to email content and design.
