About the Role

Caval Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join their team. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of medium to large civils projects in the Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client interfaces and ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and implement project plans, including safety, quality, cost, and programme management
  • Manage technical teams and ensure excellent communication and project management skills
  • Drive the team to deliver outcomes in terms of safety, quality, cost, and programme
Requirements
  • SMSTS qualification
  • First Aid qualification
  • CSCS Card
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field (desired)
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Able to take the lead with client interfaces
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles
  • Experience working on large civil developments
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Groundworks and Water Infrastructure Developments
  • Experience as a Site Agent, Senior Site Manager or Sub Agent on heavy civil projects
