Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Platform Engineer to join our team at Search5point0. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Infrastructure Design and Implementation
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment processes to streamline provisioning, scaling, and management of cloud resources.
- Architect and implement solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection on GCP.
- Drive initiatives to optimize cost, performance, and security of cloud resources.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment processes using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
- Experience and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud infrastructure, with at least 3 years focused on Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
- Excellent understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
