About the Role

Campden BRI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytical Chemist to join our team of experts in the food and drink industry. As a key member of our Analytical Services Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering robust and efficient analytical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop methodologies using ICP, HPLC, or LCMS for a range of analyses in the food and drink industry.
  • Perform technical operations within a specific process and/or laboratory area, and provide practical assistance to colleagues.
  • Respond to client enquiries relating to testing within the group.
  • Conduct work in accordance with relevant policies, rules, methods, procedures, and instructions.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience in analytical science.
  • Good knowledge of food science and technology.
  • Good understanding and experience of ICP-MS/OES, HPLC, or LCMS.
  • Experience as a test signatory under an ISO17025 quality management system.
  • Proven effectiveness in managing timely and cost-effective delivery of technical services/research outputs.
