Working from home and on a mobile basis, you will be tasked with the maintenance and repair of various commercial heating systems.

Your responsibilities will include executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and achieving established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across commercial sites such as restaurants, car showrooms, offices, care homes, and other business environments.

You will participate in a 24-hour emergency call-out rota, with standby allowances and overtime rates applicable (1 in 6).

There are ample opportunities for overtime, as well as prospects for career advancement and professional growth.

Enjoy 23 days of annual leave, with a 1 in 5 call-out rota (minimum of either 4 hours or 8 hours compensated at overtime rates).
