About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner in the Cardiothoracic Directorate at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as an autonomous trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner, working on your own initiative and in collaboration with nursing, medical, and allied health professionals.
  • Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients presenting with a variety of undifferentiated conditions, as well as established cardiothoracic conditions.

Person Specification
