About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Bank Staff Member to join our team. As a Bank Staff Member, you will be responsible for supporting our nursery colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. You will engage children in entertaining and educational play and activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS curriculum
  • Engage children in entertaining and educational play and activities
  • Ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding
  • Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder, or similar)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
