About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at our award-winning care home in the Perthshire area. The home is a small residential care home that caters for the elderly and those living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager in terms of staffing, rotas, supervisions, auditing, and care planning
- Provide hands-on care to residents who benefit from an array of activities, a variety of catering options, and a dedicated and passionate care team
- Manage the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
Requirements:
- SVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
- Experience within a care home setting at a senior level
- Excellent care planning and CI/SSSC knowledge
- A passion for person-centred care
- Respectful of people's values while promoting good care practices
