Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, processing monthly payroll, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for thousands of staff members.
  2. Pension Management: Ensure all pension contributions and benefits are correctly calculated and disbursed.
  3. Query Resolution: Address payroll and pension-related queries from staff members.
  4. Compliance and Audits: Assist with annual audits and compliance checks, and maintain payroll records as per statutory requirements.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Finance department to coordinate on staff benefits and compensation.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Payroll related field - CIPP desirable.
  2. Experience: Excellent and recent experience in payroll and pension management.
  3. Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of taxes and legislation.
  4. Skills: Ability to use a variety of payroll software and systems.
  5. Commitment: Commitment to uphold the confidentiality and integrity of payroll data.
