About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and logical individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in locating and purchasing parts and accessories
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
  • Place orders for parts from suppliers and handle special orders for customers
  • Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Provide technical information and advice to customers regarding parts and their applications
  • Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for parts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions, sales, and customer interactions
  • Work closely with service technicians and other departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of parts
  • Organize and manage the parts storage area to ensure easy access and retrieval of parts
  • Stay updated on new products, parts, and accessories, and attend training sessions as needed
