Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Vibe Recruit Limited. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair heavy machinery, including plant, construction, agriculture, and off-road specialist vehicles.
  • Provide World-Class customer service, building relationships with customers and promoting aftermarket products and services.
  • Document knowledge about customer companies and their technical operations, and provide feedback to the company.
  • Carry out repairs to the highest standard, aiming for a First Time Fix for customers.
Requirements
  • Good IT skills, with excellent laptop computer technical diagnostics skills.
  • Deep skills in the service and maintenance of heavy equipment from various manufacturers.
  • Possess a recognized qualification in mechanical, hydraulics, or engines.
  • Present a professional image at all times and carry out work practices in line with company health and safety policy.
  • Clean driving license and good driving record.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK.
