We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Officers at the Scottish Prison Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and secure supervision of those in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Encourage positive behaviors in individuals through engagement with rehabilitation and reintegration initiatives and processes.
- Contribute to the prevention and constructive management of challenging behaviors while demonstrating fairness and consistency.
- Manage individuals' case work and exercise professional judgment in responding to particular needs and challenges.
- Complete all administration and communications relevant to the role, including processing, analyzing, and disseminating information.
- Contribute to effective operational risk management by ensuring the safe and secure supervision of those in our care.
