Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Yard Maintenance Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store's yard and stockroom areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and stock merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring accurate quantities and condition
  • Check stock for damage, temperature, and quantity discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment, including emptying bins and compacting rubbish
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks, including jet washing the yard and cleaning spillages
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 100kg)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
