Position Overview

Our esteemed client is in search of Client Support Specialists to join their dedicated team within a prominent contact centre.

The successful candidate will possess a passion for engaging with customers over the phone, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving inquiries and challenges. A background in delivering exceptional client support in a contact centre setting is highly desirable.

Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records. You should be adept at managing customer information through various computer systems.

Work hours will vary, typically falling between 8am and 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on weekends. The team operates on a flexible shift rotation, allowing for effective planning around your schedule with ample notice provided. Some evening and weekend shifts will be required, but these will be equitably distributed among team members.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in customer service, especially within a contact centre environment.
