Job Summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance checks, completing repair tasks, and ensuring the overall quality of fabric surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues
  • Complete reactive repair tasks to restore fabric surfaces to their original condition
  • Inspect and repair floor tiles, ceramic, and vinyl surfaces
  • Clear drainage and gully systems to prevent water damage
  • Utilize plumbing skills to repair taps, unblock toilets, and sinks
  • Apply joinery skills to inspect and repair doors, replace digital locks, and perform other related tasks
  • Perform painting and redecorating tasks to maintain a high level of aesthetic appeal
  • Undertake tasks designated by line management to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including maintenance reports, health and safety records, and quality control documents
  • Complete mandatory training and task-based training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous commercial maintenance experience in joinery, painting and decorating, tiling, and plumbing
  • Valid driving license (essential for travel between sites)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software
