Supervisor Opportunity at Seasalt Aberdeen

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our Aberdeen team on a 24-hour permanent contract. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a service culture within the store team that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in developing a service culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Guide the Sales Advisor team on how to recommend additional services to drive sales, including omni-channel selling and product recommendations.
  • Implement store visual merchandising and window standards to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Train the Sales Advisor team on Seasalt's brand, products, and services.
  • Communicate store performances to the team and key stakeholders, providing regular feedback and highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Support the Store Manager with store operations, including stock management, loss prevention, and health and safety.
