Job Summary

Five Or Free Electrical Solutions, Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality electrical projects. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, estimators, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP, LEED AP, or similar, are a plus.
  • Experience with electrical estimating, bidding, and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
