About the Role

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in a specialist drug and alcohol service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with adult service users who are struggling with drug and alcohol use issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based specialist interventions to aid recovery
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Post-qualification experience working with substance misuse
  • Strong understanding of psychological therapies and their application in substance misuse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
