Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our innovative team at Law Staff Limited in Kent. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive services to business clients, including:

  • Full management of a complex and varied Commercial and Civil Litigation caseload
  • Delivering expert advice to clients and third parties
  • Issuing court proceedings
  • Handling disclosure and drafting witness statements
  • Instructing Counsel to attend the trial
  • Preparing trial bundles and all the documentation required by the court
  • Pre- and post-trial duties
  • Advising on Civil litigation & dispute resolution matters where applicable
  • Managing Paralegals and Support Staff

This position would suit an individual who is able to think strategically and demonstrate strong communication skills. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with clients, providing them with a personalized service that meets their needs.

The successful candidate will be expected to possess excellent knowledge of contract law and be able to handle complex matters with confidence. In addition, you should have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, so you can provide the best solutions to clients.
