Job Title: VP, Operational Resilience

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our Operational Resilience framework, ensuring seamless business continuity and minimizing disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage processes for monitoring the resilience of critical business services and infrastructure.
  • Oversee technology testing activities to guarantee alignment with Operational Resilience requirements.
  • Lead the assessment of vulnerabilities and manage the delivery of remedial actions to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and manage the creation of Regulatory Self-Assessments to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements and EU Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements. A strong understanding of Operational Risk, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity tools, methodologies, and best practices is essential.
