Corporate Finance Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Director to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for leading transactions, advising on complex deals, and managing client relationships.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our team. You will be working closely with our partners and clients to deliver high-quality advisory services and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transactions and advise on complex deals
  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver high-quality advisory services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualification
  • 6+ years' experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers, and Acquisitions, or in-house M&A as a lead advisor
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
