We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an HR Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality HR support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Produce employment contracts and changes to terms and conditions documentation, ensuring accurate information is disseminated to all relevant parties within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
  • Job Advertising: Place job adverts on the application tracking system and various job boards, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • HR Administration: Perform HR support responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, generating and distributing HR documentation as required.
  • Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support for all vacancies, ensuring requisition and advertising of jobs are completed in line with the agreed SLA.
  • Records Management: Ensure records are managed appropriately in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Additional Duties: Carry out any other HR administration duties as required by the HR team.

This is an interim role working 37 hours a week with the opportunity for hybrid working. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR, we would love to hear from you.
