We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Village Pub, a charming establishment nestled in the heart of Cirencester. As a key member of our brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, working closely with our Senior Chefs to maintain the highest standards of cuisine and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with our Senior Chefs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
