Conveyancing Case Handler Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join our client's team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling transactions from inception to post-completion, managing a caseload, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling transactions from inception to post-completion
  • Managing a caseload day-to-day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices
  • Managing, updating, and organizing case files
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and stakeholders
  • Drafting legal documents, conducting searches, and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the process
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing case handling
  • Excellent communication skills with strong relationship-building skills
  • Unrivalled organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
