We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at our Duxford, UK location. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge software development projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop robust software applications and integrations, ensuring high quality and performance.
- Actively participate in change management initiatives, contributing to the smooth implementation of new technologies and processes.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support, resolving complex issues and guiding junior engineers.
- Lead technical projects, driving continuous improvement and best practices within the development team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, gathering requirements and delivering solutions that meet business needs.
- Proven experience working in an Agile framework, adhering to agile principles and methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), utilizing its features for version control, build automation, and testing.
- In-depth knowledge of programming paradigms, structures, and concepts, with a focus on C#, .NET ASP, SQL, JavaScript, BizTalk, Web services (SOAP/REST), JSON, Azure, Visual Studio, and Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
