Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineering Specialist to join our team at Hays Technology. As a QA Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement functional, performance, resilience, and voice quality testing of VoIP/SIP applications and microservices.
  • Develop a hybrid test framework for E2E call journeys involving SIP, RTP, HTTP protocol testing with SIPp, Python, Robot Framework, and RPA.
  • Review requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and create detailed test plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
  • Perform API test automation and performance testing using Locust, Blazemeter/Taurus, k6, newman, and jmeter.
  • Conduct GUI automation testing using TestCafe, RobotFramework, and Selenium.
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Ansible and Terraform.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with VoIP/SIP applications and microservices.
  • Proficiency in Python, Robot Framework, and RPA.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Locust, Blazemeter/Taurus, k6, newman, and jmeter.
  • Experience with GUI automation testing using TestCafe, RobotFramework, and Selenium.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
