The Role:
  • Work closely with our owners and managers to coordinate the development of our care services.
  • Assist in care planning and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance visits for clients and manage complaints and incidents.
  • Promote a positive culture in line with our company ethos and values.
  • Provide inspired leadership to our care team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.
  • Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office team.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees.
  • Conduct assessments, spot checks, shadow shifts, and care plan reviews.
  • The Field Care Supervisor role is based predominantly out in the field, managing the care team.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations.
  • Strong skills or experience in conducting care assessments and care planning.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Supervisor experience of care teams for the Field Care Supervisor role.
  • Domiciliary or supported living or care home experience.
The Package:
  • We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 yearly DOE.
