The Role:- Work closely with our owners and managers to coordinate the development of our care services.
- Assist in care planning and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform quality assurance visits for clients and manage complaints and incidents.
- Promote a positive culture in line with our company ethos and values.
- Provide inspired leadership to our care team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.
- Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office team.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees.
- Conduct assessments, spot checks, shadow shifts, and care plan reviews.
- The Field Care Supervisor role is based predominantly out in the field, managing the care team.
- Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service.
- Good knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations.
- Strong skills or experience in conducting care assessments and care planning.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Supervisor experience of care teams for the Field Care Supervisor role.
- Domiciliary or supported living or care home experience.
- We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 yearly DOE.
