Your Responsibilities:
This role encompasses a variety of site support functions, including:

  • Managing portering, waste disposal, grounds upkeep, and mailroom services
  • Addressing complaints promptly and escalating them to the Team Supervisor
  • Reporting any malfunctioning or damaged equipment
  • Overseeing courier services and managing incoming/outgoing goods
  • Providing porterage services while adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining electronic records of issued supplies, courier activities, and daily tasks
  • Identifying and reporting any building maintenance issues
  • Assisting specialist subcontractors as directed
  • Implementing waste management practices

What We Seek:

  • Experience with PDAs and Computer-Aided Facility Management Systems
  • Manual Handling certification
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Forklift truck license (preferred)
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Commitment to health and safety standards
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to achieve optimal results
