Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Fire and Safety Management at The London Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of fire safety and security across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective fire safety and security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals to provide 24/7 security services and respond to emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address fire safety and security risks, and develop plans to mitigate these risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety and security regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including emergency services and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Qualification in fire safety management, such as NFPA or FPA certification.
  • Proven experience in fire safety and security management, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
