Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Coordinator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a QHSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving corrective and preventative action for customer-related and internal issues, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 & API Q1 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering exceptional QHSE performance
- Manage industry audits such as Achilles and CHAS
- Maintain IMS Health & Safety register and Environmental legal registers
- Investigate accidents and near-misses, ensuring thorough documentation and corrective actions
- Conduct internal QHSE audits, oversee corrective actions, and produce management reports
- Deliver QHSE inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety awareness initiatives
- Manage document control to meet standards and operational needs
- Support frameworks, tenders, and customer inquiries
- Oversee equipment inspections, lifting, and calibrations
- Manage COSHH assessments and conduct DSE assessments
- Grow and sustain the QMS
- Support the QHSE Department Team Members including the QC Inspectors and the Welding Engineers
