Job Summary:

Jark - Worcester is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Cleaning Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of commercial cleaners, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of commercial cleaners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and TR19, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement daily and weekly cleaning schedules, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are aware of expectations and are performing to the best of their abilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to transport team members in a company van.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Knowledge of COSHH and TR19 regulations.
  • IPAF and PASMA qualifications an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary up to £31,500, depending on experience.
