Position Overview

RGB Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that all operations meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Site and Project Managers to implement and oversee the quality assurance process.
  • Coordinate and manage the site team, providing updates on quality-related matters.
  • Conduct quality assessments and liaise with subcontractors to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a quality-related qualification and have experience in environments such as defense or nuclear sectors, specifically in managing comprehensive quality documentation including Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and Life Time Quality Records (LTQR).

Skills Required
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven capability to collaborate effectively with team members to enhance project and operational outcomes.
