About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and clinical needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Assist with medication administration, moving and handling, and other care-related tasks as required.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to service users, promoting their dignity and respect.
Requirements
  • 3 months' previous care experience, preferably in a complex care setting.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
