We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Senior Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency, a global full-funnel advertising agency that specializes in a unique, performance-led approach to campaign strategy.

As a Programmatic Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of state-of-the-art digital strategies, working closely with our specialist Programmatic team to solve business problems and improve the customer experience.

You will be working on some of our biggest accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands, and will be responsible for driving new ideas to improve campaign performance and executing tests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing best practice optimisation processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
  • Collecting and analysing data to identify trends and insights to maximise performance efficiency.
  • Managing client communications within key accounts, building relationships with decision-makers, and presenting accurate and valuable performance insights and recommendations at regular client meetings.
  • Working closely with other internal teams, such as reporting, to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
