Sanctuary Property Services is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team in Leeds, covering West Yorkshire and surrounding areas. As a key member of our West Yorkshire Voids Team, you will play a vital role in bringing recently vacated properties back to a lettable standard in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and restock as needed.
  • Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, resolving problems or initiating resolution processes while keeping customers informed.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on work progress that is easily understood by customers.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical, or plumbing) or be undertaking this qualification.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation.
  • Skills in at least one of the following disciplines: Joinery or Plumbing.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, work to deadlines, and plan ahead.
  • Previous experience working within Social Housing is desirable.
  • A full valid UK driving license is required for company vehicle use.
