Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SOC Verification Engineer to join our team at Arm. As a key member of our Systems Development team, you will be responsible for verifying and testing sophisticated IP products, including CPU/GPU/DSP processors, memory controllers, and interconnect fabrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, methodologies, and testbenches to ensure high-quality verification results.
  • Collaborate with project management and leads to plan tasks, set schedules, and quality checkpoints.
  • Work with engineers from other teams, including architecture, design, implementation, modeling, performance analysis, silicon validation, FPGA, and board development.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience with embedded C/C++ based SoC verification environments.
  • Knowledge of assembly language (ARM), C/C++, and/or hardware verification languages (SystemVerilog), shell programming/scripting (Tcl, Perl, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with one or more verification methodologies (UVM/OVM, formal, low power, emulation).
  • Exposure to all stages of verification, including requirements collection, verification methodology plans, test plans, testbench implementation, test case development, documentation, and support.
  • Practical experience verifying processor-based system designs.
  • Technical team leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
Nice to Have:
  • Understanding of Arm system architectures.
  • Power-aware and Clock Domain Crossing implementation.
  • Experience with embedded operating systems, device drivers, microprocessor, and embedded system hardware architectures.
  • Experience verifying subsystems for PCIe, LPDDR, HBM, UCIe, Ethernet.
  • Development and deployment of large SoCs on emulation platforms.
