About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the commercial strategy for the new Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities at the University of Oxford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the commercial strategy for the Centre, managing conferencing, hospitality, commercial hires, food and beverage, merchandising, and more.
  • Explore and develop new and emerging income streams to drive sustained growth in the Centre's commercial operations.
  • Collaborate with the Humanities Division to ensure alignment with the Centre's overall goals and objectives.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record in developing and implementing commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial activities, increasing profitability, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
