Regional Lead Nurse Job Description

Search Consultancy is seeking three exceptional Regional Lead Nurses to join our team in London and the South East. As a Regional Lead Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the clinical and reputational success of our client within a defined region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Nurse Case Managers within the region and drive business growth through strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage new packages in a safe and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Regional Care Manager and Director of Nursing to achieve service delivery and growth objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Clinical or nursing management experience, preferably at Band 6 or 7 level.
  2. Proven experience working with Trac and Vent systems.
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  4. Strong line management experience and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work flexibly between field and office.
